Merchandising Team

* Assistant Merchandiser: Supports the merchandiser in day-to-day tasks, such as order tracking, follow-ups with suppliers, and assisting with documentation.

Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and 3D Modeling

* CAD Software: Tools like Gerber Accumark and Lectra help designers create accurate garment patterns, reducing the need for physical samples and speeding up the design process.

* 3D Virtual Prototyping: Platforms like CLO 3D and TUKA cad allow designers to visualize, simulate, and modify garment designs in 3D. This reduces sampling costs and enables better fit and design adjustments before production begins.

Product Development Team

* Product Development Manager: Manages the development of new products, ensures they meet buyer specifications, and works with the design team to adapt to market trends.

* Fashion Designers: Work on creating and adapting designs for garment collections based on client requirements and market trends.

* Pattern Makers: Responsible for translating designs into patterns for garment production, ensuring proper fit and construction.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

* Integrated ERP Systems: Solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, and Infor enable seamless integration of various business processes, such as finance, supply chain, HR, and production planning, within one system.

* Production Planning & Scheduling: ERP systems help optimize production schedules based on real-time demand, available resources, and factory capacity, ensuring timely and cost-effective production.

Sustainability and Compliance Team

* Sustainability Officer: Focuses on eco-friendly practices, ensuring that the buying house adheres to sustainability standards in sourcing materials and production.

* Ethical Compliance Officer: Ensures that the buying house complies with ethical labor practices and certifications, especially in factories and supplier networks.

Virtual Showrooms and Digital Sampling

* Virtual Showrooms: we are utilizing virtual showrooms, where buyers can view collections in a fully digital environment, reducing the need for physical sample shipments and reducing costs.

* Digital Sampling: we use platforms like Browzwear and TUKA3D to create digital garment samples for client presentations, removing the need for physical prototypes, speeding up the sampling process, and reducing costs.

Production Team

* Production Manager: Oversees the entire production process, from raw material procurement to finished goods, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on schedule.

* Production Coordinator: Ensures that all production activities are carried out on time and within budget, coordinating between suppliers, manufacturers, and the buying house.
